The ethos of Reiki is about rebalancing energy flow, and the experience of receiving a Reiki treatment is of deep relaxation, similar to the effects of meditation.
Hypnosis can be used to treat a wide range of physical and/or psychological problems. It is a deep state of relaxation whilst being able to hear everything said.
With Hypnosis it is easy, you do not have to pile on the pounds - you will probably wish you’d done it years ago!
